Create a template
Follow these steps if you are looking to create a checklist template for a recurring task:
- Open a monday item or subitem.
- Open the Smart Checklist view.
- Click on the 3-dots menu.
Select either the “Manage templates” or “Import from a template” option.
Click on the “New template” button in the Manage templates pop-up.
- Enter the name for your template and type in or copy-paste your checklist items. Please remember to use this formatting guide.
Click “Save”.
You are all done after you see the confirmation pop-up “Template has been created successfully” 🚀.
📒 Note: Created templates are saved and available globally across all boards.
