Checklist progress

Smart Checklist creates a Checklist progress column in your board immediately after installing the app.

You can choose to change the type of this column from numbers that show you the percentage of a checklist’s completion to Checklist Summary, which shows how many items are completed. 

Follow the steps below to change the Checklist progress column type:

1. Open any item on your board
2. Click on Smart Checklist view
3. Click on the “Settings” button
4. Expand the list for the Summary column
5. Click “Select a Column”
6. Select “Number” or “Text”
   1. If you selected “Number”, Smart Checklist progress will be displayed in the percentage
   2. If you selected “Text”, Smart Checklist progress will be displayed in this way: Done 12/15
7. Open any sub-item
8. Repeat steps 2-6

📒 Note: If you choose to delete this column from the board, it will be added back automatically once you open Smart Checklist view or change the progress of a checklist.
